When Yuliana was placed as the Head of the HR division in FAVE Indonesia, the aforementioned company has just recently went through the acquisition of Groupon Indonesia. Various improvements and adjustments need to be made on its culture, strategy and work ethic. One of the methods that she used in facing challenges is to always base her decisions with data.
